Nextpool pursues its strategy of external growth with the acquisition of the company Iber Coverpool, specialist for more than
30 years, of the manufacture of solar covers of winter covers as well as rollers.

This acquisition will make it possible for Nextpool/Sokool group to accelerate its development on the European market of covering equipment for swimming pools but also take a benefit of the dynamic growth of the Spanish and Portuguese markets with a strong proximity.

Ibercoverpool, which joined the group at the beginning of April 2018, can count on the global strength of the Group, 5 production plants, 300 employees and an industrial base of approximately 4,000 m² located near Madrid.
